Ray Betuzzi

Ray Betuzzi has been a Dino since 2001. 

Starting as a swimmer in the UCSC program, Ray swam through his high school years here in Calgary before pursuing athletics and academics at the University of Minnesota. Ray had the opportunity to represent Canada at the 2006 Pan Pacific Championships and was part of Canada’s National Team from 2004-2011.

After returning to Calgary Ray found his way to the deck as a UCSC coach in various roles since 2013, eventually joining the varsity coaching staff in 2016. Since beginning with the University of Calgary Varsity Team, Ray has helped lead the Dinos to multiple Canada West Championship titles and USports podium performances, as well as helping to place numerous athletes on National Teams.
